General Guidance

  1. If you have an existing account, we’d advise that you log in first. To do this, hover over Jobs in the Navigation Menu to reveal the dropdown menu, then select Account/Login. 

2. Enter your login information.

3. Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard and can then click the ‘Post A Job’ button.

Post a Job

You can either click ‘Post A Job’ from the Job Board homepage or from your Account Dashboard.

  1. Firstly, select the kind of package you’d like (If you are logged in, you will see your existing package pre-selected at the top of the table). 
  2. Then click the ‘Listing Details’ button in the top right to move to the next page where you can add details.

Sign-In / Account Creation

  1. On the next page, you will then be prompted at the top to log in if you already have an account. If not, an account will automatically be created for you using the email address that you provide. Note: if you don’t already have an account, you will be prompted to pay for your package at the end of the ‘post a job’ process.
  2. If you choose to ‘Sign in’, you will be taken to a WordPress-branded page where you should select ‘Log in with username and password’.
  3. After logging in you will be returned to the package selection page and your existing packages will be shown at the top of the table under the heading ‘Your Packages’.

Adding Job Post Details

  1. Complete the form to add details for the role you would like to advertise. Note: If there are details still there from a previous role that you posted, please clear the fields and enter new information.
    • Location: Please select the remote checkbox if the job is fully remote
    • Job Type: Please choose all the job types which are relevant to your listing, this will help people to search for your jobs
    • Description: Please enter the details of your job, including the following information
      1. Recruitment Process
      2. Equal Opportunities Policy
      3. Diversity Policy
    • Logo: Choose a square logo (you can use the logo from your Twitter account)
  2. Decide whether you are ready to submit or want to return later:
    • If you would like to finish adding details later, you can click to ‘Save Draft‘ at the bottom of the page.
      • To access your draft again later, log in to your account and then click ‘Job Dashboard’ to see all of your jobs. Your draft will be listed with (draft) next to the listing name.
    • Otherwise, click ‘Preview‘ to see how your post looks.
      • If there are details you would like to change, click ‘Edit Listing’ and update the details as necessary.
  3. Once you’re happy, click ‘Submit Listing’. (NB: If you are logged in and using an existing package, your role will automatically be posted once you click this button.)

Payment for Job Posts

  1. If this is a new purchase, after submitting your listing you will be taken to the payment page.
  2. At the top of the payment page, you’ll see your job package in your basket.
  3. Use the Billing Details form to enter your payment information. Payment can be made via card (Stripe) or PayPal.
  4. Please scroll down to check your order and the items you are being charged for.
  5. If there is anything you need to change, click ‘View Basket’ at the top of the page.
    • In the basket view, to remove an item, please click the small red x to the left of the product details. Once happy, you can click ‘Proceed To Checkout’.
  6. Once your payment is successfully completed you will be taken to an order confirmation page.
