Purpose of Position
Our Product Team is looking for a hard-working, passionate, and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward.

As Product Manager, you will take on technical and business challenges and find innovative feature solutions to help our publishers and advertisers make the most of their performance marketing activities. You’ll be working closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, product managers and designers to develop high quality products from concept to adoption.

Key Tasks

Identify new product ideas that support key business objectives and deliver significant business value
Define Minimum Viable Products by collaborating with clients, business stakeholders and engineers

Build product backlogs and ensure they are up to date, prioritised and full of quality user stories ready for development

Prepare the release strategy of the product and organise the release planning with the engineering teams
Serve as the Product Owner of development projects for Scrum or Kanban team(s), leading them to a successful deliverable

Work with Designers and the UX team to create easy, pleasant to use functionality and great UIs
Identify the important metrics and ensure measurements are in place to understand how our users interact with the product

Coordinate the launch of the product with different departments

Skills & Expertise
You are comfortable with web and digital technologies

You have two or more years of experience working in product management

You are data driven and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You are great at communicating and managing stakeholders

You are self-motivated, organised and capable of prioritising work and focusing on important tasks

You are a strategic thinker who can grasp the “big picture” to optimise delivery of their part of the overall plan

You are up for joining a fun and easy-going team. We love to go out for lunch or have digital coffee chats

Experience working on data orientated products or online advertising is a plus
